Berry Popsicles

The Nourished Chef keeps things cool with these home-made popsicles made with fresh berries and Califia's Unsweetened Almond. You won't look back!

Serves 8 
INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 bananas  
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (thawed)  
  • 1/2 cup plant-based yoghurt   
  • 1 cup Califia's Unsweetened Almond

METHOD:
1) Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. 
2) Divide mix between 8 icy pole moulds, add sticks and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours or until firm. 

COOK'S TIP:
Run moulds until warm water for easy release.
