2 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp psyllium husk
2 cups of Califia XX Espresso Cold Brew
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp maple syrup - optional
1) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl stirring to combine well.
2) Cover and place into the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
3) Serve the oats with fruit, nut butters and extra XX Espresso.
