Crispy and golden potatoes with a creamy, garlic dipping sauce + chives is the perfect snack for all your party needs!

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs. baby gold potatoes
- ¼ cup olive oil, divided
- Kosher salt, as needed
- 2 tbsp. chives
Sauce:
- ½ cup Califia's Oat Barista Blend
- ⅓ cup hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 lemon, zested
METHOD:
1) Add Oat Barista Blend, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic, lemon juice and zest to the base of a blender and blend into a creamy sauce.
2) Heat oven to 200C.
3) Boil potatoes in a large pot of boiling water until fully cooked. Drain and set aside.
4) Drizzle a 9x13 sheet pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and then smash each potato and place on a sheet pan. Season with salt and remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, until golden and crispy turning half way through, about 40 minutes.
5) Remove from oven and serve with dip.
