  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried currants
  • 1 cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Almond Milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • Fresh mango, banana + coconut flakes, to serve

1. Combine oats with chia, currants, vanilla and Califia Farms Unsweetened Almond Milk. Stir well and allow to soak in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning, spoon into a bowl.
3. Top with sliced banana, mango + coconut flakes.

Using this as a post-training meal? You can also up the protein content by stirring in 1-2 tbsp of vanilla plant-based protein powder!
