Espresso yourself! Start the day right with this amazing espresso nice cream from nutritionist duo @healthyluxe. It's super simple and the perfect way to cool down on a summer's day.
- 1 cup XX Espresso, frozen in an ice tray
- 1/4 cup XX Espresso, not frozen (this helps the blending process)
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1-2 medjool dates
- 2 tsp mesquite powder (optional)
1) Blend all the ingredients in a high speed bender until smooth.
2) Transfer to bowls and serve as is or with choice of toppings.
